Tuesday, on 3rd of April 2018, EU Special Representative to South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar visited Estonian Foreign Policy Institute at ICDS and gave a public talk about the situation in Nagorno Karabakh, South Ossetia, Abkhazia and the politics of South Caucasus. Mr Klaar’s remarks were followed by a discussion and Q&A.
