2018 Annual Report of the Estonian Foreign Policy Institute/ICDS

During 2018, EFPI focused on two major broad topics: first, EU-Russia relations and Russia’s foreign policy, and second, developments in the EU, especially in the field of security, from the perspective of the Nordic-Baltic region.
