Sigrid joined the Estonian Foreign Policy Institute in January 2020. She helps the EFPI director with the coordination of various external projects.
Sigrid holds MA from University of Tartu and BA from Tallinn University of Technology. She has also studied geopolitics at Charles University in Prague. During her bachelor studies, she spent a semester in Marmara University in Istanbul. Next to her studies she has gathered experience from the Estonian Ministry of Defence, from the European University Foundation in Luxembourg and from Prague College in Czechia. During her BA studies she was a chairperson of the Federation of Estonian Students Union. In 2019, Sigrid was nominated and selected to participate in the U.S. Department of State’s premier professional exchange programme IVLP.
